Spirit of Adventure LTD is a corporation formed between six like-minded individuals (Patrick Stafford, Michael Stafford, Brian Power, Dr. Gerard Seery, Graham Hawkes and Karen Hawkes), who are interested in pushing the envelope of underwater technology, re-inventing the concept of adventure and exploration, and introducing the public to the wonders of deep sea exploration.

Spirit of Adventure will own the first Deep Flight 502, ãSpiritä, which is currently being built by Hawkes Ocean Technologies, and will be launched in 2001. Spirit of Adventure plans to use its Aviator for the worldâs most unique underwater adventures·exploring deep sea shipwrecks, flying side by side with the big mammals, searching for and finding the elusive giant squid·. The adventures and discoveries will be unlimited.

Spirit of Adventure partners:

• Patrick Stafford, founder of Spirit of Adventure, recently passed away after a long illness. It his was vision and drive that created Spirit of Adventure. Patrick was the former President of Spirit of Adventure, and founder and CEO of Sub Sea Systems, Inc., which manufactures state of the art, customized semi-submersibles for the tourist industry and for private use. He was also founder and International Program Coordinator for Snuba International, Inc., which has successfully introduced a patented shallow water dive system that bridges the gap between snorkeling and scuba diving and operates at many locations throughout the world. Mr. Stafford was also the principle partner of the Bora Bora Yacht Club.

	Michael Stafford is founder and Vice President of Sub Sea Systems, Inc. He is also founder and Chairman of the Board for Snuba International, Inc.
	Brian Power is an established real estate developer in the U.S. and overseas, and is based in the Sacramento area.
	Dr. Gerard Seery is a retired plastic and reconstructive surgeon and former Director and chief of the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of California at Davis.
	Graham and Karen Hawkes are founders of Hawkes Ocean Technologies, developers of the Deep Flight series of winged submersibles
