Having introduced the entirely novel concept of underwater flight, Hawkes Ocean Technologies created the world’s sub-sea flight school in the Bahamas in February/March 2003 and and have held courses in the Sea of Cortez and in Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary. The next course is planned for Summer 2009 in Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary.
The Flight School is open to anyone interested in helping pioneer sub-sea flight. The Summer 2009 course offers a 1 dive experience, a one-day course, or a three-day training and licensing option
